This renovation project was a labor of love. The picture displays an overgrown property surrounded by dying unkept trees. We gave this historic property life once more by trimming the hedges and renovating it to be a lively 4 unit rental property in partnership with Rothmere Homes.

This is a 3 Unit Town Home in historic Hartsville, PA. Recently finished two units and expecting the 3rd unit to be finished in early 2024. This used to be the old General Store/Post Office for the Hartsville area and was an epicenter of life for the surrounding village. This quaint iddlic property gives a look into the past keeping the renovations in tune with the aesthetic of yesteryear.
